Email [email protected]. Please include the watch face name, your watch model, Wear OS version and a short description of the issue. A screenshot of the problem can help.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.
Purchases and refunds.
Google Play processes purchases and displays the price for your country and account. For purchase history or refund options, use Google Play’s refund help.
Device compatibility.
Tiny Cat, Rainy Ride and Snow Club require Wear OS 4 or later. Capy Onsen, Boo Crew and Hollow Hour require Wear OS 5 or later. Google Play checks whether a face can be installed on your specific watch. Snow Club is designed for round displays.
