What stays on your phone

The companion stores your saved favorites, appearance setting, selected watch face and watch-guide choices locally on your device. It does not send these preferences to us. The included catalog, previews and setup guides work offline. Remote catalog refresh is disabled in this release.

The app does not require an account, contain advertising or analytics SDKs, or collect health data, watch settings, contacts, location or device identifiers. It does not read which watch faces you own or confirm purchase or installation status.

Google Play and external websites

Watch faces are purchased separately through Google Play. When you choose a store link, the app opens Google Play or your web browser. Google handles purchases, payments and installation under Google's privacy policy. We do not receive payment-card details through this companion.

Opening our website uses your browser. Cloudflare receives normal request information to deliver and protect the website. Optional website analytics runs only if you consent there, as described in our website privacy policy. That browser activity is separate from the companion's local browsing and saved preferences. Other linked services apply their own privacy policies.

If you contact support

The app can open a draft in your email app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. An email you send to [email protected] shares your address and the information you include with us and the email providers handling the message. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and keep necessary support records. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.

Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve your request and maintain relevant support or legally required records. You can request deletion by emailing the same address; we will delete information we no longer need, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Control and deletion

Remove individual favorites in the app. Clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it to erase its local preferences. No Vivid account or remote preference profile needs to be deleted. Google Play purchases and order history are managed separately through your Google account.

Security and policy updates

The app keeps preferences in its private Android storage and disables Android app-data backup. External services use their own security practices; no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We will update this page and its effective date if the app's privacy practices change. Any future feature that collects data will require an updated disclosure before it is enabled.
